September Giveaway 2026

Competition open: 18 September – 2 October 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is Better Bean Cacao ABN 61 688 450 231 Torquay, Victoria, Australia.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 2 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Better Bean Cacao and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form at betterbean.com.au/pages/win-the-ultimate-cacao-bundle during the competition period. Entrants must provide a valid first name, email address, and answer to the entry question.

One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. The Prize

There are two (2) prizes available. Each prize consists of:

• 1kg of The Purist — pure ceremonial cacao blend

• 1kg of The Dreamer — cacao with calming botanicals

• 1kg of The Achiever — cacao with bold chilli

• 1kg of The Optimist — cacao with mood-lifting botanicals

• One (1) Dualit Cacao Maker

Total prize value: over $800 AUD per prize.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Better Bean Cacao reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a specific item becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Two winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on or around Friday 5 October 2026. The draw will be conducted using an independently verifiable random selection tool. The draw is a game of chance — skill plays no part in determining the winner.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected from the remaining valid entries.

8. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner. Delivery is at the cost of Better Bean Cacao. Better Bean Cacao takes no responsibility for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once dispatched.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this competition will be used by Better Bean Cacao to administer the competition and may be used to send marketing communications from Better Bean Cacao. By entering, you consent to receiving email communications from Better Bean Cacao. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

10. General Conditions

• Better Bean Cacao reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these terms will be deemed invalid.

• Better Bean Cacao's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

11. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By entering, participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria
