Great cacao should satisfy on two levels — it should taste like a genuine indulgence, and leave you feeling genuinely better for it. If your first blend isn't delivering both, we'll send you a different one on us. No cost, no return, no questions asked. If that still isn't your match — we'll refund you in full. Every cent.

Here’s how it works:

  • Try your first blend. If it's not ticking both boxes — taste and feel — reach out within 30 days.
  • We'll send you a different blend on us. If that's still not your match, we'll refund you in full.
  • Just email us your order number at info@betterbean.com.au and we'll take care of the rest.
  • No returns. No fuss. One claim per first order.

We’re here to help. That said, please don’t return products without contacting us first—we won’t be able to process those.

 

Refund Eligibility

We’ll also offer a full refund (excluding shipping) if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong product or quantity
  • Your order never arrives (excluding cases of incorrect shipping addresses)

If any of that happens, let us know and we’ll sort it—fast. In cases requiring return shipping, we’ll coordinate it directly with you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

 

Shipping Times

All item are shipped via Australia Post.

Express shipping:1-3 business days

Standard shipping:3-5 business days

 

Tracking

After your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your tracking details.

You can also use the Shop app to track your order in real time. 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@betterbean.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Our shipping costs differ depending on the number of products you are purchasing and whether is being sent via Standard or Express post.
