We believe you should feel connected to your cacao experience. If you're not loving your cacao after trying up to 5 servings, you're welcome to request a refund.
Here’s how it works:
- Refunds apply to one item per customer on your first order
- Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your delivery
- Just email your order number or proof of purchase to info@betterbean.com.au
We’re here to help. That said, please don’t return products without contacting us first—we won’t be able to process those.
Refund Eligibility
We’ll also offer a full refund (excluding shipping) if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong product or quantity
- Your order never arrives (excluding cases of incorrect shipping addresses)
If any of that happens, let us know and we’ll sort it—fast. In cases requiring return shipping, we’ll coordinate it directly with you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
